In this Staff Spotlight, we’re highlighting the incredible individuals who make our dining programs special. As Culinary Director at The Cambridge, I was inspired to work in senior living because it offers meaningful work and a healthy work-life balance. Competitive pay and reasonable hours make it possible to do the work I love. They also allow time with the people I love.
